KSHN HAS ALREADY REPORTED ON THE RECENT UIL REALIGNMENTS. AS REPORTED, THE DAYTON BRONCOS REMAIN IN DISTRICT 19-4A ALONG WITH BARBERS HILL, CROSBY, GOOSE CREEK MEMORIAL, GALENA PARK, C.E. KING, AND NORTH FOREST. THEY are ALSO joined by NEWCOMER BAYTOWN LEE. DAYTON ATHLETIC DIRECTOR AND HEAD FOOTBALL COACH JERRY STEWART SAID THE BAYTOWN LEE GANDERS DROPPED FROM 5a TO 4A IN THE latest REALIGNMENT.

COACH STEWART SAID THE BRONCOS HAVE ALREADY SCHEDULED TWO pre-season SCRIMMAGES AND THREE PRE-DISTRICT CONTESTS with the season beginning in 20-10.

THE BRONCOS football COACH SAID THOSE PRE-SEASON GAMES WILL BE TOUGH.

eVEN THOUGH THAT PRE-SEASON GAUNTLET WILL BE A BIG TEST, COACH JERRY STEWART SAID HE EXPECTS THE BRONCOS TO BENEFIT FROM THAT tough COMPETITION WHEN DISTRICT PLAY STARTS.

if past success is an indicator, the broncos should do well on the gridiron against the other seven teams in district 19-4a. after all, coach stewart has topped 120 wins in his 14 seasons as bronco boss. the past three seasons, the broncos have played in the state quarterfinals, semi-finals and finals
