liberty police are looking for a hit-and-run driver involved in an accident saturday evening with a bicycle. liberty pd public INFORMATION officer hugh bishop said 44-year-old toran justice was traveling north on fm 563 across highway 90 when he collided with a dark-colored truck. officer jean marie ewing’s report states the truck was possibly a gmc or chevy and also possibly red or maroon. the truck INVOLVED in this hit-and-run likely has damage to the driver’s side rear quarter panel. mr. toran justice was TRANSPORTED by liberty ems to liberty-dayton regional medical center. anybody with information on a truck involved in a hit-and-run accident with a BICYCLIST saturday around 6:25 p.m. on U.s. 90 at FM 563 is asked to call the liberty police department at 936-336-5666.
