Even though there are still 3 months left in Hurricane season, the city of Dayton has sent out a request for bids for assistance should a storm hit the area before the end of the year. Dayton is requesting sealed proposals from qualified companies or vendors to provide Disaster Debris Management and Monitoring Services. This would be a contract to be paid on an as needed basis. The accepted bid will be in effect until December 31st of this year, 2020. The awarded bidder will perform the duties bound in accordance with local, state, and Federal Emergency Management regulations. The sealed bids are due by 2:00 PM on Friday September 11th, 2020. The accepted proposals will be unsealed and considered based on the best price and the most qualified contractor.
