Effective next Wednesday, July 1st, Frontier Waste Solutions will begin as the new trash collection service for the City of Dayton. Starting July 1st, trash will be picked once per week. New 95 gallon trash containers are being dropped off to Dayton residents between June 25th and June 27th. Bill Killian Vice President of Frontier Waste Solutions says the front of the cart needs to face the street with the wheels and handle facing the house. Again, next Wednesday, July 1st, Frontier Waste Solutions will begin as the new trash collection service for the City of Dayton. This new trash pickup will be 1 time per week in Dayton just as it is in Liberty but the extra large carts provided at no charge by Frontier waste management prompts them to say it should do the job. Bill Killian asks customers to give the switch over a month or so to become accustomed to the transition. For more information go, to KSHN.com for a link to route maps and frequently asked questions about Frontier Waste Solutions. That same information is also on the city of Dayton website. Dayton residents should expect the new carts to be delivered to every Dayton home between today and June 27th.
