Free meals through the end of the year

On a recent KSHN Partyline program, Dayton ISD Director of Child Nutrition Carlton Robertson said thanks to a wavier from the USDA, United States Department of agriculture, Dayton ISD will be able to offer students free meals. The Child Nutrition Program will offer students free meals for breakfast and lunch at all Dayton ISD sites, Dayton High, Woodrow Wilson Junior High, Stephen F. Austin Elementary, Richter Elementary, Fredda Nottingham Alternative, Kimmie Brown and Colbert Elementary Schools from October 1, 2020 thru December 31, 2020. All children 18 years or under can eat free at Richter Elementary School Curbside location from 10:30 am - 1:00 pm Monday thru Friday. A parent/guardian can pick up meals on behalf of their child/children without the children being present.
