Life Share Blood Center at their home office in Beaumont is operational as an essential business.  Walk-ins are welcome or make an appointment to give.  Extended hours for donor convenience are Monday thru Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. They will be open Saturday April 4th with hours from 7:00 am - 2:00 pm. Life share Blood Center in Beaumont is at 4305 Laurel Street.   For an appointment call 409-838-5289 or go on line to: .  We went to the American Rd Cross, probably the largest blood bank, for advice on giving blood during the coronavirus covid 19 crisis. If you are healthy it is not only safe but very important to give now. Right now, there is a critical need for blood donations.

Blood drives continue to be canceled at an alarming rate and patients still need a sufficient blood supply throughout the many weeks of this crisis and beyond. Life Share Blood Center in Beaumont urges organizations to maintain scheduled blood drives. Remember blood donors are the only source of blood for those in need. This blood shortage could impact patients who need surgery, victims of car accidents and other emergencies, or patients fighting cancer. Again, call Life Share in Beaumont at 409-838-5289 and plan to give there as soon as you can get there.
