Service past for Dale Daniel Hayes

Dale Daniel Hayes went to be with the Lord Sunday afternoon, July 19, 2020. He fought a good fight, he finished the race and he kept the faith, 2 Timothy 4:7.  Dale was a praying man and he served the Lord whole-heartedly until his death.  He had a deep love for God and was very active in the church until he was faced with some health issues, but yet and still his faith never wavered.

Dale was born in lake Charles, Louisiana on April 11,1947, came to Texas after the loss of his parents at an early age, and was raised by his Uncle Bot.  Dale was a devoted husband to the late Consuella “Sue” Hayes and a dedicated father to their angel in heaven Little Dale “Boo Boo and Darrell, whom he loved dearly.

Dale Served in the Marine Corp and received honorable discharge and returned to Texas where he obtained a long-term position and the Head Operator at OXY for 35 years.  Dale was a family-oriented man and a great provider throughout the years.

Dale is preceded in death by his beautiful wife of 44 years, Consuella “Sue” Hayes; son, Little Dale “Boo Boo; father-in-law, Sidnet Hebert, mother-in-law, Mildred Hebert, uncle, Bot and a long-time friend, Alfred Lee Freeman.

Leaving to miss his love, strong shoulders and guidance is his son, Darrell (Lisa), brother-in-law, Lionel (Vera), nephews, Ervin (Shelli) James, Sydnee and Jokobe, Leslie (Casundra) Keon and Cesley, special friend (Brother) Bobby Mosley and a host of godchildren, other relatives, and friends.
