The new Liberty Hotel will be 3 stories tall with 54 rooms. 15 of those will have kitchenettes, It will be located at the corner of State Highway 146 and FM 1011 in far north Liberty. Liberty City Manager Tom Warner, a recent Party Line guest, gave an update on the proposed hotel. The new hotel will be 27,000 square feet. Once open, this new Sleep Inn will be the first interior corridor hotel in the City of Liberty. Again, the developer of the new Sleep Inn Hotel in Liberty has already secured the building permits. Just the permits alone cost $7,000. Those permits are good for six months so expect construction to begin quite soon. The Sleep Inn Hotel in Dayton will be larger than the Liberty model.
It 77 rooms with 15 kitchenettes. Dayton City manager Theo Melancon told KSHN.com that that building will be in downtown Dayton on US 90 just west of the new Autozone parts store.
